A fun class for the new mom and for those expecting who have a child. Join us for a great workout in the great outdoors. This class is focused on cardiovascular health, weight loss and strength training. Grab your strollers! FREE Kundalini Yoga Class Tuesday April 28th at 5:45pm. Kundalini Yoga prepares you physically, mentally, and spiritually for the experience of motherhood. A great way to recharge and heal your body quickly, Kundalini yoga stimulates the nervous and immune systems while improving strength and flexibility. Classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, music, and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of both you and your baby's soul. No previous experience is necessary and all women and men are welcome.
